Not worth more than $50 per night!

Pros: Large room, quiet, decent breakfast.
Cons: The whole place needs updating, a through cleaning and a new staff.
Location: We like Blanding for its access to the great canyon country and nice views but the town, like the motel, is falling apart of lack of care.
Wierd place. Looks abandoned from the outside. (Sign not lit, big cracks in the crumbling parking lot with weeds growing in it, landscaping not maintained, no cars around, failed restaurant next door). Everything inside is well worn, quite dated and in need of a good cleaning. Some of staff were helpful. Others could care less like when they ran out of hot water when a big tour group moved in. On the plus side, the rooms are big, its quiet, the breakfast is decent and the breakfast staff is good. The owners seem to be squeezing every last dime they can get out before the place falls apart, We like Blanding for its access and nice views but the town, like the motel, is falling apart from lack of care and it sorely needs a decent restaurant.

Good price but motel is in need of renovation.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the eating area was good too.
Cons: Renovate.
Motel is in need of renovation. Toilet is positioned poorly. Too close to the wall and toilet paper dispenser interferers with someone sitting on the toilet. A large person would probably not be able to use the toilet. Wood on the bathroom door was peeling.

Top notch staff - good breakfast

This hotel is staffed by really caring people. I would recommend it highly. For a small town you couldn't expect more. Friendly, helpful, good breakfast and a fair price.

The price was very good. The breakfast was better than we expected, and the room was good for the price. Nothing outstanding, but to get a clean room with Microwave, Fridge, and quiet for the price - we were very satisfied.

Pros: Staff was all helpful and friendly. Good price, nice facility, just to my liking.
Location: Monument Valley was awesome. Loved Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point.
I enjoyed the stay. I will return to this hotel often
