Nice hotel on the outskirts of town.

Posted Nov 30, 2015
It was an overall pleasant experience, but wish the hotel manager could have done more about canceling two of the nights that I requested. Overall it was a nice stay.

great customer service

Posted Oct 19, 2015
The desk clerk called us to find out if everything in the room was okay. After that, we discovered that the wifi didn't work and we didn't bother following up but I'm sure they would have handled it. They have a nice continental breakfast offering that is free with the room. Good thing because there's only two restaurants in town and the next stop is 70 miles away. Clean room, nice flat screens, decent bed, friendly staff.

Cons: A lift for taking luggage as it can be cumbersome to lift suitcases up flights of stairs.
Great room, easy check in. Just one thing, there is no lift so ask for a ground floor room. A bit tough if you have a bit of luggage. Staff are pleasant and the hotel has been recently refurbished. Very comfortable bed.

No Elevator!

Posted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: Reasonably clean, good internet access.
Cons: Put in an elevator for folks coming through with either a large number of suitcases or heavy items! Trying to haul heavy bags up those stairs is awful
Location: There is absolutely nothing to do in Blanding and there is nothing whatsoever nearby. About the best you can do is review your further itinerary.
This is an inexpensive but perfectly comfortable hotel in a very small town. Most people are just passing through Blanding, and this is not a bad place to stay for that purpose. There's a small market right across the street, the internet access works well, the hotel staff are pleasant and reasonably well-informed. The only downside to this hotel is the stairs. If you have significant suitcases (as in weight or number) be aware that this hotel does not have an elevator, so you will have to haul everything up and down a fairly steep flight of stairs if you are stuck on the second floor.

Basic nice hotel

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Good points - comfortable room, great AC, reasonable price. If you are just looking for a good quiet hotel to stay this is perfect. Nothing fancy. Free breakfast is hard boiled eggs, various cereals or oatmeal, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit. Again basic but certainly enough to start your day.

Motel simple, pour faire une étape.

Posted Jun 3, 2015
