First let me say the first day was pretty amazing, from check in to the staff. The next day I had several issues. One our bathroom sink faucet handle broke. Trying to get it fixed was like pulling teeth. I believe the simple solution would have been to move us but the manager on duty at front desk declined. Sink was broke for six hours. Three people looked at it and never returned. I called front desk several time and never could speak with a manager, because I was told the line was long. I finally went to counter and was told to be patient and give two more hours. Second problem at dinner I wanted two pieces of fish. The waiter made me wait for a hour in between servings. I questioned him he stated “ It’s a different plate” then he walked off. Mind you this is all inclusive. Not happy about that. Food portions could be larger, but presentation is good. I brought both problems to Brissa’s (concierge)attention and situation was rectified. We were upgraded. Me and my husband felt respected and happy. There were some pretty amazing staff here are a few. Brissa, Gabriel, Cora, Ismael, Caesar,Sergio, Carlos, Urael. Thank you for a great stay and we would return.
