“First too was far too small, asked for upgrade and initially told it would cost £300 so refused. “Great hotel in a beautiful location right on the River Dee. The views are incredible. Ample parking. Nice room (with river view), and modern bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were very well made. “The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected.
