Check in time was not correct

When booking, was told that check in was at 8am, Even on website it said that. I also called them and was told the same thing but when arrived we had to wait hours until 2pm

I am very sorry that you had to wait before getting to your room , and even if we make our best to give the room as soon as possible our checking time is (as most of the hotels) 2 PM. I do not know were you red 8 AM but this is a mistake or a misreading . The entire staff and I hope that this will keep good memories of your stay despit this misunderstanding. Sunny regards .

Pros: I lost my passport. Hotel staff were very helpful trying to locate it and then in contacting authorities to obtain the necessary documents to travel
Location: Close to shops and several resturants such as the Moorea Yacht Club restuarant.
Good facilities although dissappointed in the qualif\ty of the coral and snorkelling. This is not the fault of the hotel, rather the result of coral bleaching and crown of thorns starfish.

A wonderful natural backdrop of green clad volcanic mountains warm sea that abounds with tropical sea live right under your bungalow. Moorean staff are so friendly and their culture permeates the whole environment. Great pool and food choices. Close to the local community including French influenced cafes and restaurants. Excellent events management and special touches. We will be back!

Everything I hoped for and more

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in the perfect location with Albert's Tours right across the street and downtown Moorea only a 10 minute walk away. The bungalows were super nice and there was even a turn-down service to prep the room for night time.

Ô yes, we know that we are not the best on earth and that other hotels have also a lot to offer but little as we are, we do have some good assets and it is so nice when people confirmed them. Nice hotel

Pros: Overwater bungalows, pool and food is great!
Cons: Wi fi in the rooms to be fixed.
Location: Private catamaran tour for 6 recommended by concierge!
Overwater bungalows - 408 was great location and snorkeling was great. Breakfast was good and service and staff was excellent. Pool is great! Do not visit Moorea after Bora Bora, leave Bora Bora for last and Pearl in Bora Bora is an excellent choice.

Very pleased that you did enjoy your stay on Moorea with us and that you will certainly keep good memories of the island. I do confirm that visiting Bora Bora after Moorea is the proper way to go, it is generally a step up in hotels (and prices ) and a good way of leaving Polynesia with memories of romance and pristine lagoon colors in the eyes. However in terms of island, Moorea with its chiseled peaks of the mountains is probably prettier and certainly offers more things to do in term of activities, excursions and discovery. 初のモーレア島滞在ホテル

妻と夫婦での旅行でした。初のタヒチ滞在はモーレア島にあるこちらのホテルを選びました。モーレア島の空港やフェリーの港からは1番近い方で、アクセスは良いかと思います。 いわゆるリゾートホテルです。滞在初日はウェルカムクッキーが部屋に届けられます。もちろん水上バンガローもあります。エメラルドグリーンのラグーンはとてもキレイでした!シュノーケリングの無料貸し出しがあるので、泳げる方であれば、水上バンガローの真下付近にある珊瑚礁にいる熱帯魚を直接潜って観れます。 敷地内にプールも設置されており、こちらは昨年?リニューアルしたばかりだそうでとてもキレイです。ジャグジー付プールもあります(水圧は日本のより少し弱めっぽかったですが…)。 お部屋について、室内は基本キレイでしたが、少し小さいアリがいたのが気になりました。ただこれは自然環境もあり、仕方ないのかもしれません。 清掃状態はとても清潔でモンクなしです。 日本人スタッフもいるので、言葉の心配もありません。英語は普通に通じます、フランス語はもちろんです。 スタッフは総じて、フレンドリーで優しく対応してくれました。 とめどなく書きましたが、とても素晴らしい滞在で、また泊まりに行きたい!と思える素晴らしい滞在になりました。 お勧めできるホテルと思っています。

Esta perfecto para una estadia corta

Nos gustó aunque nos toco mal tiempo y la playa estaba sucia, el wifi no funcionaba en las piezas y lo encontré chico comparado con el intercontinental

Tenemos Wi-Fi gratuita en todo el hotel , pero funciona mejor en la recepción y en el bar . Parece que los tejados de los bungalows a veces interfieren en las habitaciones . Nos esforzamos para encontrar una solución a este problema. Es cierto que nuestra playa no es enorme, pero que no está sucia . A veces , dependiendo del viento y las corrientes que llegan algas . Muchas gracias por los commentarios y esperamos que tengan un lindo recuerdo de Moorea.
