As noted, when this concern was brought to our attention around in 4am on the day of departure, there are procedures and policies that have to be followed. Since we were unable to immediately have this reviewed, as the room stayed occupied for an additional 5 hours, we could not ease your concern immediately.It is with great relief, upon thorough inspection after departure, by pest control and hotel staff, that there was no evidence found of any stage of a bed bug.We wish you well and safe travels.
