“If you are trying to book this hotel through Expedia, make sure that you show up 2 hours before check-in and that you call to see if they have received your booking. Because they did not receive mine and I had to stay there for 3 hours on the phone with Expedia customer service. Ended up not being able to stay. While there I learned that the elevator had been out since September 2025.”
