Nice property. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs looked mushy and awful. Potatoes were dry. No bread, no fresh fruits, waffle machine broken 2 days out of 5. No milk available on first day. Ran out of yogurts. Overall, not a good experience!

Our first night the staff was trying to figure out why our shower was only running cold water. They took over 3hrs and finally said “oops someone put the hot/cold sign on backwards. We lost our whole evening. We had diner planes that we missed. It was such a waist of our day. We asked to speak to the manager they said she would be in the next day at 9am. We went the next day abs then we were told oh no she will be in tomorrow. We asked who is the step in manager for the day? They said no one!!! We are members of this hotel branch and never had such terrible experience. The next day our heater was making the noise of a big pick up truck motor. When we were on the phone with family they kept asking if we were driving because they could not make out what we were saying!! A terrible sleepless night!! Not impressed, I understand situations occur. But, the staff did not relay any of this to the manager and no one ever got back to us!! It’s sad that we spend our time and money and we did not enjoy it at all!!

The Fairfield Inn staff was supportive, responsive and diligent. The grounds and interior spaces were clean, well appointed and tastefully designed. The bed was a step up from most hotels and frankly, I got a better night sleep here than in my home. The high thread count sheets were heavenly and the immaculately clean room made the night special. Everything about the management of the hotel was professional, buttoned down and well starched. My only issue (and it is minor) is that I am an early riser and the 7:00 a.m. breakfast, albeit a common time, is a little later than my custom. All in all, this is a first class hotel with first class staff. Thank you.
