The only staff I saw were house keeping, security, and beverage servers. But they were nice. The dining options were pitiful. The choices were super expensive or greasy fast food in the food court. We ended up going to the Paris side, which was also horribly expensive. This is not unique to horseshoe. Vegas is now too expensive for us to visit.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Good location, very walkable. Front desk staff is very nice.

The hotel food outlets were understaffed as was front desk. Front desk guy Michael was rude! I’m in hospitality business and wouldn’t keep him front of house. Food and Bev way overpriced as is all of Vegas. My first salad there was rotten, had to return. Gross! Was $18. They reimbursed. There were bums roaming and washing in bathrooms, junkies shooting up and I was approached while gambling by vagrants. Little to no security visible. Did not feel safe. Tower rooms were lovely in Versailles but the walk through is weird in the skybridge and far from pool. Versailles tower Elevators are slooow! I was stuck in a floor for over 15 min. The suites in Bordeaux were nice just a bit older but closer to pool. I had a good time and a lot of people who work there are lovely and accommodating. Bobby’s Burgers are good! Gordon Ramsey Steak was way overpriced but food is good. Not sure whether I will stay again.
