“We checked in easily then went out to shop and eat. Upon our return quite late, we found the elevator to be out of service. We were able to reach assistance, but were informed that it would be sometime before the elevator could be repaired. We were told to just take the stairs (we were on the 6th floor) which was impossible with our handicapped grandson. We will NOT be staying there on our next trip to Madrid.”

“The location and the views are exceptional. It's a small apartment but it can accommodate two people with comfort. Plenty of sunlight and you can feel the city vibe, have a dinner on the terrace outside, or get some sun. Another two people can sleep in a small bed in the improvised mezzanine but the roof is very low and access is hard; The ladder is hard to use by a regular adult, with real risk of falling if you miss a step. I were surprised by missing items like kitchen paper towels and……
