Convenient to airport
We stayed for just one night on our way to the airport and it was fine for that situation. Rooms quite good sized and comfortable.

Pleasant place near the airport
A pleasant small place to stay when one needs to catch an early morning flight from the Ålesund airport The room was clean, the food in the restaurant OK, a nice queen size bed. I also stayed here once with a dog, and in that case they gave me an appended cabin which was also clean but with a really narrow bed. There is a grocery store in the same building if you want to economize on food, but the restaurant prices were not high by Norwegian standards.

Clean and Comfortable
Very clean, smaller rooms but to be expected in Norway but has everything you need. Convenient to the airport, grocery store and café in same building. Nice areas to walk around if you have time to kill.

Basic clean and comfortable not accessible easily
One night stay as all other accommodation in Alesund booked out. Located on another island and 15 minutes drive from Alesund. Not ideal if you don't have a car as the bus is not frequent at all. Accommodation is nice enough basic clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast that was included in my booking. Would not stay again because of location but if you have your own car then accommodation is fine.

A good airport hotel
A nice hotel close to airport recommended for those who need to catch a flight early next day, not recommended for other purposes as it is distant from city. The rooms are clean, bathrooms modern - overall facilities are good. Another plus is a supermarket and cafe within same premises which is open till late. Breakfast is average standard for Norway. However, main problem with the hotel is that there are only single beds, and bed mattresses are not comfortable - they are too soft and you can feel the springs. Also, theres NO airconditioning, so you need to open windows, which led us to sleep badly due to traffic noise! so choose a room away from main road which faces a bus stop

This hotel definitely stands out from the other airport hotels that we've stayed in. The hotel is actually very well kept - its clean and quiet. Though they are not in the city center, there's plenty of buses that stops right in front of the hotel, and its only 15 minutes away, so location is not an issue to us considering their rate is much lower than those in the city center. Internet is not the best but we are still able to do what we need to do online. The view from the breakfast room is awesome and grocery on the first floor is a bonus. Yes, I will definitely stay here again. And kudos to the owners who went out of their way to accommodate our schedule.

Pretty good option for a stay close to airport
This was a very basic hotel that was about average for the price in service, cleanliness, etc. It doesn't have very many amenities, and breakfast is not included. However, if you want to stay away from the main town and close to the airport this is a pretty good way to go.

simple "base-camp" hotel
This hotel is between the Aalesund airport and the town. Its two tunnels to get into town. So its very good to use this hotel as a lay-over spot. OR, if you have a car (we did), and don't want to hassle with down town all the time this hotel is convenient. There is not much to the hotel, the rooms are all around a common sitting area, which was hardly used. Its very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good and priced reasonably. The breakfast room has a nice view of Giske island. There is a mini-mart down stairs, so you can buy drinks, snacks, etc. at low cost. Especially helpful since food is so expensive in Norway. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to spend a lot of time elsewhere. It has free parking and convenient to get in/out of.

Very relaxed and reasonably priced, this is Norway after all. It's close to the airport and the airport bus stops right outside for easy transfers to Alesund and the airport. Wifi wasn't the quickest but that's all I can fault this hotel for. The room was spotless so a 10/10 for cleanliness.

Transit Hotel at a convenient location
The owner was extremely kind to have upgraded us to a hotel room instead of the motel room. The rate booked did not specify the type of room so it was a pleasant surprise to have been upgraded though there was no cooking amenities available. Breakfast was offered for free as well by the owner but we declined due to the timing of our activities. Location was at the heart of an interchange, abundance of buses in the morning but be wary at night where there is only 1 bus that reaches the hotel at long intervals. Overall though, a really nice place and there's a supermart just below!

Utrolig dårlig informasjon. Vi ankom etter kl 18 og da var der ingen tilstede. Hadde vi ikke møtt på en vennligsinnet Kiwikunde, hadde vi antakelig måtte sovet i bilen. Informasjonen og skiltingen var elendig. Blir nok overnatting i Ålesund neste gang. Dette holdt ikke mål.
