The property is handicap-friendly with a ground-level elevator and a King suite with walk-in shower. Three master suites provide privacy and luxury for families or groups. Enjoy indoor and outdoor living with a large screened porch overlooking the ocean, furnished with rockers, lounge chairs and dining/hi-top tables, plus an open deck with a gas grill. The reverse floorplan maximized ocean views. Modern amenities include a bonus den with 82" Smart TV, wet bar with beverage center and ice maker, 2 microwaves, dishwasher drawer, stainless steel appliances, double convection oven, 5-burner stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, 2 pantries, 2 dining tables, and counter seating with 4 barstools.
