I did not like anything about this property We checked in and the room was dirty, food in the microwave, unclean sheets and bathroom. We were put in a different room that didn’t have much difference and we end up with no fridge in that room My husband and I were not very happy but after driving all day all we needed was to get some rest.

SMELLY! The room we had smelled terrible. The HVAC was coated with crud and grime. Bed spreads had cigarette burn holes in them. This room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The free breakfast was mini donuts, tiny muffins or yogurt cups. The person who did “check in” was not friendly. She acted like she hated her job. The sheets smelled of cigarettes. The electric outlets did not work for charging my phone. I had a terrible time trying to get to sleep and couldn’t wait to get out of there!! We booked this place because it had the Wyndham name associated with it. Wyndham should get rid of this place because it is damaging their brand.

Issues at check in were quickly takien care of. I was worried about the socket in the bathroom/sink counter. It was all broken and pieces came off when I tried to charge my phone. Cigarette holes in bothe the black keta and sheets. Non-smoking room has a weird smell but I took that as cleaner. TV equipment not plugged in, but was fixed. Thankful I had a second floor room. Area felt safe but just the same a flight of stairs was helpful. Other people staying were friendly and chatty.

That’s nasty…
We needed a quick, cheap place to stay for the night and unfortunately, did not read the reviews before booking. Not only was there poop stuck to the underside of the toilet bowl, there were roaches in our room. Definitely will not be staying here again.

We stayed in room 214 told the room was very clean and the bed was nice and big, the side that our broom was on was down the hill from the gas station so that made it easy to go get drinks and snacks throughout the night, there is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Both up and down the road there are tons of restaurants and it's really close right off to the interstate so that makes it very nice. We plan in the future to stay here again overall it was really nice

Would not stay at this property again. I was waking in the middle of night with roaches crawling on me. After turning on the light and discovered that there was all over the end table. Immediately got up and packed my stuff and went to the surface desk and got a refund. Tape around the shower head bad conditions of the room. One of the worst days ends I've ever been at

Room was dirty. Towels were stained. Only one lamp in room that worked and it had to be unplugged to turn off. Crack under door big enough to stick your fingers through. So called 'breakfast' was a tiny muffin, small yogurt and a piece of toast. Furniture was wore out. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone!

I was bit terribly by “BED BUGS” and I am still in a great deal of discomfort!!! I regret not checking out as soon as we saw a few bugs, If I hadn’t been so tired, or had we realized that the bugs we saw were bed bugs, we would have left immediately!!! The day staff was very friendly and pleasant!!!

While I expected the property to be run down and old I was shocked when I walked in. I checked in at 3:15 (check-in time was 3pm), front desk gave me my room and I headed over to a room where the housekeeper was still inside working. Okay, I hung out in my car. When I got inside I wasn't surprised by the holes in the bedding, or the dingy carpet, or the smell. What I WAS surprised by was the urine on the toilet seat (the housekeeper was JUST in there), the dead bugs on the bathroom floor, the hairs in the shower. Everything was so gross. I've stayed in a lot of nasty places as I'm on the road a lot and I usually just need a quick place to crash before heading back out. After this I bought a bed and travel toilet for my vehicle, literally done.

There were flies and roaches in the room. It was not very clean. Actually considered leaving but just swatted the flies and slept fully clothed. It was cheap and at least the beds were comfortable.

Horrible stay; beware!!!!!!!!!
The Days Inn in Morehead Kentucky is horrible. Don’t stay at this establishment! There were roaches, the furniture was broken, not enough outlets for our electric equipment, cigarette burns on the bedding and more. Overall run down and dirty.

Cheap hotel nothing great.
They advertised a breakfast but as most hotels today after covid it was a real disappointment. A small pack of doughnuts, a yogurt and coffee. All the hotels are falsely claiming they serve a breakfast by showing photos of a breakfast room full of items like eggs, sausage, waffles and when you get there its another story.

The hotel is in disrepair. The toilet rocked when yours sat down. The door had to be slammed in order for it to close. The refrigerator was dirty. Overall the room was not very clean.

That toilet and door have since been fixed as maintenance was not made aware of the problem due to housekeeping not communicating issues, as well as other housekeeping issues which are being worked on at the moment. This is not how we like your stay to be and we try to correct everything that is brought to our attention.

The room was filthy. There was evidence of bed bugs, marijuana on the nightstand, aluminum foil and gloves in the drawer. The sink had hair in it and there was debris all over the floor. There were people scattered all over the parking lot, talking and grilling food. They refused to give a refund when I complained. I left anyway, there was no way I was ever going to sleep in that room!! It was disgusting!

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. We do have a work crew on site and they do have to cook their food outside as it's a violation for them to cook indoors per the fire marshal. We ask them to be courteous to other guests who are just passing through and need a place to rest. As for housekeeping, we're training a new crew to replace some of the housekeepers who were doing a substandard job..

The door definitely needs fixing, can see the outside thru cracks. The mattresses and bed linens need burnt and new ones in their place lol. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant! I’ve stayed in worse, but this place kinda shady lol.
