It was just okay. It was clean and the price was affordable but dont go expecting much more than a place to sleep and wash up. The "gym" consisted of 2 machines and the free breakfast was just cereal that honestly tasted stale.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke terribly! The floor looked like it hadn't been vaccumed in quite some time. The shower hadnt been cleaned as there was left over shampoo on the walls. Trash bag in the hallway.

It's an old property. Bummer there is no elevator for second floor units. Mother in law almost couldn't get up the stairs.

Carpets absolutely disgusting. Walked on it and left my feet black ! My mattress was so sagging, i almost slid to the ground in my sleep . Had to call the front desk for ever to talk to someone. Last time i stayed here i had great biscuit and gravy ,thats one reason i came back,this time nothing. Kindergarten breakfast !! Never stay here ever. Someone should really think of burning the Carpets .

Clean hotel, nice size room, a little outdated, we travel a lot I was a little worried after reading reviews about staying here but it was honestly a decent hotel with comfortable bed and clean — which is important! Staff was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Large room with a very comfortable bed

Very nice
We were very pleased with our room. Since we were in that area to visit Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge, this hotel was within a reasonable driving range - about 22 miles. There is a local Hardees where we ate breakfast, although the hotel does have a continental breakfast. There is a tv in the room, which had good channels including HBO. Our room was very clean and the hotel was very pretty inside. The outside needs some work but that part didn't matter. We would definitely stay again, as it was well worth the price.

Better than advertised - older property in good condition, clean, spacious, excellent bed, & exceptionally quiet. cons: almost no breakfast, some carpet stains, and a little peeling wallpaper.

The staff was friendly,loved being on top of the hill,the beds was comfortable hotel it's self needs updated ,very old and out dated, maybe offer some fruit with the grab and go breakfast stayed 2 night's. with no elevator was a little inconvenient being on 2nd floor but it was in a ideal area for our purposes to be there. When we checked in and got to our room, the hall light in the room was out. Instead of giving us a new room, he just said they’d fix it tomorrow which they never did. The housekeeper only brought towels and didn’t clean anything but there was a dead roach behind the toilet and something gross and yellow on the toilet seat. Shower barley had any pressure and the toilet barley flushed. The walls were gross and so was the carpet. Both need to be redone! The breakfast was only muffins and juice and they were out of juice by the time I even got down to breakfast which wasn’t even time to clean up yet, it was only 7. The bed was nice but that was probably it. The parking sucks, some people don’t know how to park and there are not that many spaces. The spaces they do have, some run into others so it is very unsafe for vehicles needing to back out or come in.

The room was actually nicer than it looked online, and the front desk gal was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was limited to cereal, muffins, juice, and coffee, but the coffee was good and the muffins were large. A good place for an overnight stay!

The hotel looks good all the way to the room, other than the carpet in the halls. The carpet could use a major cleaning or replacing. Once the door opened to the room there was a smell of mildew or something. It appeared to have some mold around the tops of the walls and the wallpaper border at the top was coming loose. Then we were woke up by beating and banging from what sounded like a remodel on the top floor. I dealt with it since we were only sleeping there for 3 nights. Plus it's the only hotel that I could find in the area. The staff was super nice and helpful. Next trip I may have to try the Campton area.
