They take pets and the property is perfect for little furry friends. Pátzcuaro is a lovely place to visit and the property is very well located to visit the town.

Hotel had everything. good room. The people at the bar friendly and attentive. Hotel is close to the centro of Patzcuaro and Janitzio.

Crap Hotel experience
Words hotel I had ever stayed… I Pay over 500 US dollars per night , very noisy terrible buffet ( food) 38 dollars per person for a disgusting breakfast. And the personal not professional.

Disgusting and rude! There were BIG BLOOD STAINS on the bed covers eeew! And they didn't even apologize! Do yourself a favor and stay in a nicer and CLEANER hotel Boutique in the center. First they gave me the wrong room, when I told the receptionist that I reserved 2 beds, she was upset and sent us to the building crossing the freeway (fun!). Next night, after a long day, we arrived and our key didn't work, a different receptionist told us: "oh there is no water in that building, we had to switch your room, they surely told you" Grrrr, no apology whatsoever and we had to pack our stuff at 10 pm, crossed the freeway and change rooms. When we got to the new room, it smelled like sewage, we didn't mind we were exhausted so we took a shower and tried to go to bed just to discover BLOOD STAINS on the bed covers! The receptionist didn't apologize and offered us to change rooms AGAIN. The new room smelled nicer but it had a dead COCKROACH. The hotel is far from the center where most things are, it is not even convenient.

I Didn't like there was a wedding party at the property, at 2:00am I Call the front desk! because there lots of drunk people from the party singing and yelling, and lots of people running in the hallway, I Even put a towel under the door 😤 and but didn't work.I would not stay at this hotel again ‼️If you're planning to stay there Make sure you asked if there's any events ‼️ because it will be impossible to rest.

The property is about a 6 min drive from the center. There is public transportation you can take or they can call you a taxi. It is walkable but for some it might be far. Safe area. Well lighted hotel. Traditional "hacienda style build". Clean, rooms are spacious. I really enjoyed having the restaurant in the hotel its open from 730 and to 10 pm. They have self parking that is safe and secured at night. The hotel has many patios with gardens and birds, very green and inviting. I would return and stay here again.

We loved the restaurant, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was great. The hotel is very nice. Our only complaint was our room. The towels looked old, and weren’t white anymore. The toiletries were very limited. The lighting in the room was dim, it was almost impossible for me to put on my makeup. Friends stayed in another room and they had the same complaints as us.

I love the spacious rooms and the patio door which opened up to the hotel grounds . The courtyard restaurant was very tasty . Will stay again in this property when in Patzcuaro .

The restaurant’s music was extremely loud and our bed vibrated from the noise until 10:40pm when they shut down. We went to the restaurant for dinner and we’re seated at a table. 10 minutes later, a waiter said he would bring us the menus. He never returned and we left 20 minutes after arriving. Our reservation included a VIP bottle of wine. I had to ask for it twice. When it finally arrived, it was a mini bottle—one serving. A very disappointing stay.

Muy buena opción, lo recomiendo. Solo la habitación 102 está cerca de un cuarto de cosas que guardan y ver esas cosas ahí amontonadas no es lindo. Por lo demás, es excelente. Me vuelvo a hospedar.
