Quiet, secluded and relaxing
Boutique hotel on the edge of Lake Pátzcuaro. Onsite restaurant with good food (international and local food) and wine. Beautiful gardens with a friendly, crazy donkey. Lots of stairs to go up and down so not for the disabled. Pool was not working so that was a disappointment but overall a wonderful, relaxing stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is so beautiful, elegant, welcoming, has excellent food, beautiful rooms and the most wonderful staff... all are professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would stay here and recommend this place to all visiting the Patzcuaro, Michaocan area.

Just wow...
The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at... I can’t stress enough how incredible the view was. The hotel made us feel as though we were the only couple there. We had their full attention and they were extremely accommodating to our every need.

Our three night stay was perfect. A little sightseeing during the day and very quiet and restful during the night. Excellent food in the restaurant. Altogether a perfect stay.

Poor service
i paid when i made the reservation on hotels.com , called to advise i was arriving late. and when we arrived there was no one to receive us and no one answered the hotel !! almost unbelievable. We had to go somewhere else. as a frequent traveler, this was a new experience in defining poor service.

great hotel small room
Great experience although Ive got to say that for the price you end up wanting more, my room was super small and no place to hang towels as well as the window shutters occupied lots of room (in an already small room). It really needs a woman's cozy touch in the decoration.

Quiet elegance in the lake
After a beautiful stay in Morelia, this hotel was a dramatic change, beautiful views, excellent food, silence, wonderful room and attentive service. Very helpful in every way. Relaxed and informal while maintaining a very smooth operation.

Nice private Hacienda Hotel!
It was for our 1 year anniversary romantic dinner and as soon as we got there in the boat my wife got down and she said OH WOW!! It’s really nice!!! We should have our next party or wedding here! First impression counts a lot!! The place is peaceful and nice! The room was great amazing view too! There was some problems with a minor confusion but the owner worked that out with us amazing staff too!

Beautiful sunset views from the hotel.
My wife and I liked the hotel very much. The friendly owner who lives in a separate house in the premises, is always available for any questions and advice that might be required.

Nuestra habitación y la zona de la alberca divinas. El servicio excelente. Podría mejorar la zona del jardín y del restaurante que están desaprovechados. En el mapa se veía muy cerca de Pátzcuaro y en auto tardamos 35 min en llegar así que sí es algo alejado. En los alrededores no hay nada para tener otra opción de restaurante.

El lugar es muy agradable, el servicio bueno, pero el estacionamiento es muy complicado, es necesario ampliar un poco el acceso al hotel porque solo puede entrar un carro y esperar el otro para pasar y esto crea problema entre los huéspedes

Hotel de muy buen nivel, para descansar con vista
Super estancia, servicio muy bueno, alta calidad de las habitaciones y de las partes comunes. La pasamos muy bien y regresariamos sin dudarlo! Unico punto de mejora: la cena cierra a las 8pm, se nos hizo un poco temprano. Pero pediamos justo antes del cierre para tenerla en la habitacion

El lugar está precioso, la vista de nuestra habitación increíble, el horario del restaurante es muy corto y las opciones del desayuno un poco limitadas, en general el hotel es lindo pero hay algunas cosas descuidadas, la regadera no servia.

Buen día solo para aclarar el desayuno ofrecemos dos frutas yogourt granola pan de la casa jugo café dos guisados a escoger del día huevos al gusto frijoles y opcional avena o hotcakes La regadera siempre a funcionado muy bien una noche antes unos huéspedes durmieron ahí sin problema En su estadía nunca ustedes nos reportaron esa anomalía Cualquier aclaración estamos a sus órdenes
