Not in very good shape. Pretty janky. I guess I didn't know what an Extended Stay America was. I do now. Basically on the Motel 6 end of the spectrum and not as nice as some Motel 6s. Cheap. Has a fridge/sink/hot plate/microwave. Nevertheless I wouldn't want to stay there more than the one night.

Never Again-Rating a Big ZERO

Extended Stay means no service.... which would be okay if that was shared at check in. Table lamps didn't work, card key system worked intermittently, no towels (had to retrieve from reception), toilet overflowed and had to plunge ourselves... rotten trash smells overwhelmed the hallways...checked out... couldn't take it anymore!

Worst stay, not worth the time or money.

First off, the bathroom was NOT clean! You could tell the floors were barely mops or even swept when I walked in and could see white powder like stuff all over the floor in literally EVERY corner! The shower clearly needed a better cleaning because the walls of the shower had clearly had layers of dirt on them. The room floor needed to be vaccumed badly and windows needed to be wiped down badly. The halls needed to be vaccumed and the elevator floor needed moped BADLY, along with the back/side exit/entrance floor needed mopped too. The back/side exit/entrance seemed like it was abandoned because the stairs themselves were extremely in need of some cleaning! Also staff were not welcoming in anyway, like as if they did not like there job. I do not ever plan to have another stay at this hotel again.

Reserved Non-Smoking Rm, but was given Smoking Rm

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Provide what was reserved is a good start. Update rooms.
I checked in early at 1pm and was told they were sold out and didn't have a Non Smoking room available. I reserved a Non-Smoking room and I was in early???? Room was not very nice, bed was terrible!

Couldn't sleep in the bed. Sheets and pillow cases were "yellowed" from body stains. I went out and bot a sleeping bag liner and slept on top of the bed. Only one wash cloth for three days. No one made the bed or checked the room in three days.

Bad night

The room had a smell to it , The hallway and stairs were dirty.Checking out was a joke the printer didn't work the clerk look like homeless person !!!!

Calle trip

Got there and they give us a smoking room and we booked a none smoking one. I had to give a reason to be able to get a room change. Breakfast is nothing to talk about so don't expect much.
