Wouldn't stay more than one night

We used this Holiday Inn to break up a long road trip. It's convenient if you are travelling the PA Turnpike. So if all you want is a place to park the car and sleep for the night, it's okay. But the hotel is old and worn and desperately in need of a makeover. The bigger reason that we downgraded this property, however, is the lack of cleanliness. The toilet was dirty. Water didn't drain well in the bathroom - you couldn't take a shower without standing in water and sink was slow to empty. The clock radio in the room was so covered with filth that we didn't want to touch it. I can excuse the hotel being outdated, but not the lack of cleanliness.

Love it out there in Morgantown

Carpets are very grungy,didn't know they allow pets not that that's a problem, but if housekeeping not going to clean rooms thoroughly without pets then it's not going to be healthy for those struggling with allergies,behind toilets are disgusting and bathroom floors need a good scrubbing,plus construction workers use hotel, but no one cleans after them , mud and debris makes the hotel look nasty for others that are there for other business or recreation

I sincerely apologize for your experience and can assure you that cleanliness is our top priority! The Morgantown area has a major construction project underway and yes, we have several guests that carry their work home with them. We are addressing it on a daily basis and continue to have the public areas deep cleaned to manage the mud. In terms of the pets, we do accept them and have designated areas of the hotel for them to enjoy their stay. Once a pet departs the team deep cleans the rooms to avoid any allergy opportunities for the next guest. The hotel has several improvements planned and I'm hopeful you will give us another chance in the future. If you decide to stay with us again please let me know. Pros: THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND THE CAR SHOW IN THE MALL CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL
Cons: THE HOTEL WOULD BE PERFECT IF THE ROOMS WERE SPRUCED UP A LITTLE BIT
THE HOTEL WAS NICE ROOM NEEDED SOME PAINTING AND CARE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE OVERALL THE ROOM IN MY OPINION WAS NOT WORTH THE COST

This hotel is seriously creepy, and outdated. Air conditioner made so much racket could not sleep well. Staff was arguing at desk.

Ok, not top tier.

Front desk welcome a little...weird. Not good, not really bad. Just seemed at odds with the rural-suburban atmosphere. More big cityish, but not comfortably. All the rest...okayish.

Theonly hotel in Morgantown

Pros: quiet and clean.
Cons: OK as is
Checked in and visited friends. Took them to dinner and returned to hotel. Had breakfast at a local restaurant. Left at 11AM for Baltmore. No problems with the room.

Great location! It's just of the PA Turnpike, it's within 30 minutes of all family activities, rooms are comfortable, and fairly priced.

This place is horrible compared to a Hampton Inn

Dirty toilet with hair in it and in the bathtub. No complimentary breakfast like Hampton Inn
