Staff was great very good pleasant room was clean only issue was had to move rooms due to no cold water in shower but they were amazing no question moved us immediately

Property is not kept up. Needs a lot of TLC. Caters to gas line workers. Would not recommend it for travellers or snow birds. Rooms have a stale odour in them.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was ok. Outdated though, broken tiles in the bathroom, toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. Someone elses poop was in it. I had a joining room. I didn't care it was joining rooms, but the person who had the other room Saturday night woke me up with his extremely loud talking as if he was in the room with us. This occured sunday morning at 3am. There really was no breakfast choice Saturday morning and the breakfast was all taken by other residents by 8am and was not replenished by the time I left at 9am.

fIRST OF ALL you should have notified people of the name change. The room clean but no glasses in the room no clock no lamps you had to have the overhead bright lights of the bathroom light on. both the cieling lights over the desk and the window burned out . For breakfast toast , begal or cerial . Or if you want the arteries hardened biscuits and gravy. not a Canadian dish

Property had some issues... exhaust fan, bathroom lock, TV remote didn't work, some floor tiles were cracked. Decent place that looks like it was a bit behind on maintenance. Good location, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Room smelled of Javex which meant it wa sanitized and although not overbearing was enough to have to open a window. No tissues in the container in the bathroom. There was a hair stuck to the wall of the shower. The shower head is a handheld that had a loose mount and would only point straight down. water pressure was not good. Room was supposed to have a queen bed but it seemed to be a double bed. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

The bathroom in the room needed a thorough cleaning. The USB ports for charging didn’t work, the main light in the room didn’t work, and the air condition didn’t cool the room. The breakfast was very minimal.

I am a disabled person and we were placed is an "accessible" room with too high of a bed. The height needs to be around 21 inches off the floor to make it accessible for a disabled person to get into it from a wheelechair. Also the mirror in the bathroom needs lowered. I couldn't see in it. These are very simple changes that a hotel can do. So aggravating that you pay good money like everyone else but a disabled person is not treated fairly. Get on board Best Western and make your units usable for everyone!!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The desk staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were clean and well kept. The breakfast was hot and some variety- waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. And was 10 minutes from downtown/college campus. When staying in Morgantown, I will definitely stay here again.

The stay was "fine"...nothing more, nothing less. The bed was not the most comfortable and the shower (even on full hot) was lukewarm at best. It served a purpose...a place to spend the night.

If you enjoy bugs in your room, stinkbug infested windows outside your room, and hornets in the hallway be my guest. To top it off they charge you without notice for leaving the room trashed, but when you ask for proof they back off and claim it was a mix up of room numbers!

Our air did not work - the sheets were stained and there was some weird things left in our room - I paid way too much to not have a clean place to stay. I called the front desk and no one answered. Very frustrating!

Doors didn’t lock. Toilet wasn’t working. Bed was 100% uncomfortable. Sink squirted to the side so you got wet every time you used it.

Very loud customers playing very loud music. Found out in the morning there was a drunken man in the parking lot that they thought was dead laying in between two of the cars and the staffed called the police. What kind of establishment talks about these types of things in front of other customers? We will most likely never start here again unless there is no other option.

Junior suite was so nice, having a living area and having the bar sink, microwave and refrigerator made it so convenient and so spacious. Loved the woodsy view. Love that there is a place to sit up close to the windows.

Hotel is run down and in need of major renovations. Beds are awful - NO AC - thread bare towels - no working phone in room to call front desk - no Hair dryer
