"Lovely clean, quiet room - just as requested."

"it is a very nicely remodeled estate. i stayed in a small apartment on the top floor. it is modern, comfortable, had all amenities i needed and could even jog around in the grounds of the estate "

"Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. I then sat in the reception until around 3.15pm when the manager/owner arrived. The room was clean and tidy, but rather dated For over £100 per night I would expect better to be...

"It was a good apartment with minimal fuss"

"Amazing spot with really cool hotel decor and lovely staff and nice rooms! "

"Friendly staff, and willing to help if needed "

"The room was clean the staff respond really fast when you need help it is family friendly the only issue I had was the tv I plugged it in but it said I need like an update and wasn’t working but that was the only issue that I had but over all very nice looking apartment"

"Sehr guter Preis, bei einer tollen Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. Reibungsloser Checkin und ein wirklich großes Apartment. Ich komme gerne wieder."

"Big room, comfy bed, helpful staff."

"Air conditioning did not work. Asked for room fan - never got one. Room was 33C - opened windows, which only let in mosquitoes. WiFi didn’t work. Property looked amazing - but, will never stay again"

"The staff were very helpful and ever so friendly. The hotel is next door to a new outlet centre which had everything."

"Will stay here again! Wonderful place when traveling through Germany with kids"
