“Host communicated well. Complex was nicely situated and Unit was well equipped and pools were nice. TV operation was not easy, main TV in living area suddenly went blank and would not turn on again. Network connections were poor. ”

“It was nice and new, but certainly was not LUXURY 5 star quality as described in the Expedia app. There was no air con, not enough towels and only one garbage can in the place, no soap for the dishwasher, no deck furniture, etc (see the other reviews). Elevators weren’t working and we were on the second floor, not an issue unless you have mobility issues. Had very comfortable beds. For time of year the price was good…we just expected more from the description as Luxury 5 Star.”

“I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was so well and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to make your getaway memorable. My wife and I and our friends spent two amazing nights at this jewel located in the Rocky Mountains. The pool, hot tub and adjoining exercise room were an added bonus. Parking was an ease and we received free parking during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we plan to do so next winter. ”

“The place was immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable in every room. We stayed there in early April. The pool was heated, clean and the hot tub very nice in a nice mountain view area outside. Joshua was quick to respond to questions and the book they left on their table with the unit was very informative regarding the area and things to do. Thanks to great hosts - Joshua and Emma. “A couple of hours before check-in, we received a message that the building's cooling system was not working. Still, they provided us with a portable air conditioner for the family room and fans for the bedrooms, but it was very hot. We wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. Then, on the third night, the AC started working, but the power went out until 11 pm. Then there were lots of mosquitoes in the room so that we couldn’t sleep. Also, one of the bathroom handles is broken, and when we try to lock……
