“We booked a room here. My husband checked in and then met us for food and shopping. We were gone for several hours. When we got to the hotel, I went to check the beds. There was dried blood all over the mattress, what looked like a dead bed bug on the mattress, sheets that had marks, food, tubberwear, ice pack in the fridge, and half eaten food in the microwave.
