“The outside carpet is not regularly vacuumed. 3-days. The glass of the closet door was cracked. The shower couldn’t be turned off completely. Drip, drip! The bathtub stopper was broken and didn’t work. The coffee machine appeared unclean as was removed from any electrical outlet. The male staff were short and rude when answering the phone and always hung up quickly without saying “Goodbye!”
The ladies in the office were very pleasant face-to-face.
The place just looks old and rundown. ……

“Room: Tile floors were sticky, almost as if mopped with dirty water and requiring me to rinse to feel remotely comfortable. Upon entry, mild unpleasant odor, likely from floor issue. Very little facial tissue. Tight crevices had not been properly dusted in quite some time. Facility: Rear entry not adequately marked, entry through pool sundeck gate and pool vestibule.
