Great place to take our grandkids. Hot tub was a bit too hot... sadly the pool was not working but we were able to take them swimming at a sister property minutes away. Nice stay. We'll be back.

Room was dirty and there were a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling. A deep cleaning hadnt been done on the room in years. The bathroom setup was also not ideal, the door to the bathroom took up most of the space. I expected outdated things but did not the lack of cleaniliess.

This is an updated hotel. You have a choice of pillows which is nice. The mattress is a little too soft for my taste. I prefer a little firmer one. The bathroom and room were clean with plenty of towels.

Our stay was fine. The property is a bit dated - dark & kind of gloomy. A little spruce up would do wonders. We will stay there again.

Comfortable motel at a decent price.
The motel was adequate and probably the best motel in Morris with the exception of the newer Holiday Inn Express, which is very pricey. It is dated and needs a complete remodel. Other than that it met our needs for a decent place to sleep and shower. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cereal, waffles and breakfast sandwiches.

I basically spent two nights sleeping in the hotel, and was gone the rest of the time. My room was very clean and attractive, and the bed was wonderful. However, the first night a smoke alarm went off and rang for quite sometime. I understand this, but it did interrupt my short time for sleep. The second night, I didnt get back to the room until 1:30 am. When i walked in, the smell of mildew was terrible! Ir had been raining, but the smell was so overpowering. I did report bith of these to the morning desk clerk. I loved the convenience of location and the price. I will be travelling to Morris once a month or so; not sure if i will chance thi a hotel again or not.

The room and bed were very clean. A few things could be updated but all in all it was very nice. We were very happy with the service and room. Quiet and seemed pretty secure.

The staff were very friendly and nice. Allowed us extra time in the hot tub when it should have been closed. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. The negatives were that the rooms were musty smelling, chair was torn, carpet was nasty with rips. We asked to move to another room because of that and we’re accomandate however the second room was much better but still musty and outdated.

I didn’t like that the pool was closed. The room was supposed to be an accessible room. It was so small both of our walkers barely fit. And the shower chair only fit sideways in the bathtub which made showering safely very hard. Needless to say we probably won’t use Comfort Inn again. We picked there for the pool—disappointing we couldn’t use it.

What was obviously once a fairly decent hotel is now getting a bit ragged around the edges. The bathroom is minuscule and the tub / shower floor is like an ice skating rink. Bed quality was decent and a huge tv. AC unit was quite loud but kept the place cool on a hot night. Breakfast was pretty basic, but since they had Raisin Bran, I was happy.

The service was not bad, but the hotel room was not cleaned well. There was hair in the bath tub, and the shower head, bathroom in general, and light fixtures were dirty. We husband two spiders in our room. The building just seemed outdated. However, it was quiet and convenient. The bed was not uncomfortable. We were able to use the hot tub, and that was a plus.

Enjoyed our stay here. We came in late and left very early. Breakfast and coffee were available when we left at 4:45am. Only thing we didn’t like is the coffee cups were tiny! For travelers it would be nice to have a larger cup to travel with. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff and service are great. The room I stayed in smelled like dirty feet. The carpet in my room between the hallway and the bathroom was torn out with exposed nails from the tackboard visible. My foot came in contact with them. This room was $172 with tax and did not meet my expectations. We visit this area a few times a year and will not return to this location.
