Parts of property being remodeled so there is a small amount of dusty debris only in the foyer. Workers very good about cleaning up after themselves. Otherwise the other areas, including room are tidy & clean. Had a good night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. Enjoyed a chocolate chip waffle in the morning.

Property is being renovated and will be fantastic when it’s done. It’s close to area we wanted to be. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would recommend even during their renovation.

The construction is an absolute war zone they are months behind schedule and the beautiful lobby from the pictures is trashed… the pool is seasonal and closed till may… very disappointed, our room has terrible lighting, peeling paint, and no dresser or drawers for our clothes… they should have warned people that it was this way

The hotel was undergoing renovations, but there was no noise, disruptions or mess from the work. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Alway stay at Hampton Inns when traveling. No more. This location was like staying in a dirty motel room. Did not enjoy our 3 nights at the Morristown location. The staff was very unfriendly at check in and during our stay. t

Nice layout. Looks to be well maintained. Two things that caught my attention were the carpet needed cleaning and the shower was a little dirty at the bottom where the wall meets the flooring.

Property was excellent.Only complaint was the (free)internet access.What a hassle,you think it’s just a couple of clicks,but turns out they want your name,phone number,address,and even a credit card number.Forget that.I’ll use a hotel that gives you access without a life history.Sorry.

Not the best stay this time. Have stayed here 4 or 5 times before. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and both mattresses were awful. They were soft and lumpy and definitely should have been replaced some time ago. Very disappointed. Also, loud noises from the people next door at midnight made sleeping an issue.

Worst experience in a Hampton Inn
Awful. Very pricey for the room I got. Carpet had stains all over it. The fridge I had to unplug cause it made a very loud noise as did the fridge in my employees room. We worked that night and did not go to sleep till 4:30am. At 9 am the cleaning crew was banging on my door and tried to come in my room. I had the extra lock on. My employee they did come in his room why he was sleeping after banging on his door. I told them I was sleeping and they knocked on my door 4 more times until I just left even though checkout is not till noon. Will not return to this location.

I am very sorry about the disturbances our housekeeping crew caused during your stay. As a policy we do start checking rooms that do not have their Do Not Disturb sign up at 9AM. We should have been better at communicating this to you to avoid further disturbances. I will work with our maintenance crew to get the other issues you pointed out taken care of. This place is a dump for $200. i would expect this to be less than $100. The doors to the rooms are not sealed, it smells really musty

We always stay here when we are in town. From entering into the large area with a huge fireplace, you see the cleanliness, quality, and friendly staff. The rooms are very nice with comfy beds! Great location and higly recommend.

This an old and run down property. Expedia did a bait and switch as we were seeking the I81 Hampton Inn and it redirected our reservation without our permission. And, of course, the reservation was not refundable. So, bad in Hampton for charging full price on a property that is a showcase of bad and rundown 1970s styling and extra bad on Expedia for its unethical business practices. We won’t be using either again. Oh, I should mention the room was dirty.

Quick Trip to Panther Creek State Park
We stayed at Hampton Inn Morristown so we could be close in proximity to Panther Creek State Park where we went hiking. It was very convenient to the trail head we were going to. The food choices close by were also good.
