It's just your standard 2 star hotel, not that much to say but when we first got our room, it fouled of some chemical and it was so strong that we actually had to air it out a little bit, the parking lot looks old, crusty and musty. There are literal cars just sitting out in the lot, looks like they haven't moved in a while.. Only choose if you wanna stay 1 night or so.

This family-run hotel is very friendly and they seem to care about guest satisfaction at a modest price. It is very near the interstate and traffic is heard at all hours. Non-smoking rooms are established above smoking rooms, likely because they are quieter and less-often used (and probably better maintained). Unfortunately, it results in a lungful of smoke if a guest steps out while another is smoking beneath them.

Knights Inn was very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend the motel to anyone. The lady that checked me in was very nice and friendly.

Super friendly, quiet, overall we had a great time. There were a couple spots in carpet that need to be replaced but other then that the room was fine. Definitely will be staying there again when we go back.

Friendly service
They were so nice and worked with us during our stay that made the trip easy and so less stressful to have to deal with hotels not working with you. The lady at the front desk was so nice and she made sure that if we needed anything that she would make the stay to get what we needed like extra towels whatever. I enjoyed the stay.

You get what you pay for. It was a sketchy place. I heard from a local on the jobsite that it has a reputation.

This is an older property that is clean and welcoming. We were not comfortable with the doors opening directly to the parking lot. Breakfast is not available in the motel.

Our first night was fine although another person was leaving when we got there due to poor room conditions on the front of the property. We returned the next night to purchase another room and the staff would not allow us to see the room they were going to put us in. Also if we paid and then didnt approve of the room there were no refunds. We went to another hotel. Very poor service.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant, however, when we got to the room we were really disappointed. It does need a lot of work and updating. The blanket on one bed had cigarette burns on it and we had a non smoking room but the worst part and the reason we immediately grabbed our things and left was the German cockroach on the wall! If you know anything about them...if you see one there are hundreds you dont see...its never just one and they get everywhere so i didnt feel comfortable being in any room. I took photos and went to the front desk to let her know and she tried to tell me that it wasnt a roach because it was on the wall and didnt believe me that there are different types of them. She advised me that she couldn't refund me because my reservation was made as a nonrefundable one. It was almost midnight and we had been driving for 10 hours so i was just done and wanted to go. I can get past it being older and needing updates but i cant get past the bugs.

Dear Heather,We regret to learn that your stay did not meet our expectations. We will surely look into this matter as we have a record of being bug free for the past 4 years! As a matter of fact we recently had our Hotel inspection and got a score of 96%. The only thing I can think of possibly happened is that one of the wood-bugs that possibly flew in at the time when you checked in because there are plenty of Trees in the back lot and it was late at night. Our staff advised that as per the Hotel Policy they offered to switch your Room, however you refused to do that. As you will see on most of the other sites too, our guests have always had great experiences and great stays here. We understand that your experience this time wasn’t that great, but we’d like to advise you that Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Hence we graciously ask that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future. We would Thank You for your patience & understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Property is old, bathroom fixtures outdated but room was clean and large. Staff was very friendly, the price was reasonable so a good bargain for a one night stay as we were passing through.
