They wanted a credit card for incidentals and I only had a debit card so was not very happy about that as it took a long time till they finally approved it

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel public areas were clean and decorated nicely, as were the rooms. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room comfy and bathroom very clean.

Not great.
It would have been nice to know u can only get ice on the second floor, before searching the other two floors. The floors were disgusting. We had to keep shoes on until bed. The first hour there, the kids came up and showed me their feet, they were black and my socks looked like I walked outside. We stay here a lot and hate to see the hotel going downhill.

Noisy room next door sounded like sketchy activity going on and kept us awake to well after midnight. The area outside felt somewhat unsafe. The waffle at breakfast was good but the instant eggs were horrible.

Great. We stayed for 2 days and it was so affordable & Lots of comfort. The bathroom was spotless and so were the sheets. The room was very spacious which I loved.

This hotel nickles and dimes you for everything! Quality not good enough to be held to that standard, no one ever at the front desk always had to ring for help. Might as well stay at a higher end hotel cause you end up paying the same price.

The hotel announces fitness room on the website/Expedia photos but they do not have it. The excuse was “we are under renovation”. The toilet had plenty of old yellowish spots accumulated in the bottom of the toilet. Very awkward and disgusting.

The pool was broken. Our bathroom air vent did not work there was yellow , brown and pink mold on ceiling and walls. There was also bodily hair on walls also. Our air did not cool down the room. The breakfast was a minimum and we did not use it, This hotel is under renovation and has been for a while. They are trying but can’t keep up. Paying 144 a night for this quality of stay is no good.

I thought the property was a good value for the cost of the room. The breakfast was not very good. Specifically the batter for the waffles. Room was average which means the bed was not very comfortable and room had a weird odor.

Great customer service !
The receptionist that checked us in and out, Needs a raise!! Her customer service is awesome!! She truly went out of her way for us!! Everything was good except the bed. It’s on what looked like a sheet of metal. It pops when you sit on it and off and on when changing positions in bed. It makes for a hard mattress. Need the regular box springs back! Wouldn’t want to sleep more than one night on it!

Upon arrival, the hotel did not have our reservation even after showing her our confirmation. The clerk at that time was very helpful and was able to put us in a room at a discounted rate. Other than the clerk being available that night for our check-in, it was hard to get a clerk to help with anything including replenishing the breakfast area

Very nice and newly remodeled. When breakfast is done at 9am the area is cleaned and chairs put up on tables, so you cannot use that area to visit or play games with family.

Liked the small serve yourself hot breakfast. Easy parking. Building slowly going thru updates. Dislikes- Sink Hot water was cold, cold was hot. Seemed liked air was off in hallways which were warm and stuffy Only 2 ice machines 2nd and 3rd floor. Both were not working. Staff was aware of one but didnt seem concerned about the other not working or our water temp issues. Elevator dirty, semi peeled off sticker left on wall

Quiet, centrally located, fair price. Lobby bathrooms out of order not cool. A more thorough cleaning of the bath fixtures would be appreciated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to restaurants and Walmart.
