Perched on a hill above the highway. Lots of green grass around. Multiple dining options, standard fare, but a few local options. Despite nearness of highway, was very quiet.

Staff and facility was fine. But the bed was dirty. The sheets clearly hadn't been cleaned and I found several small dead bugs in the sheets as well as hairs and sand.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The first night we stayed the knob was broken on the heating unit and the room was extremely warm. We let the front desk know in the morning and left for the day. When we came back late in the afternoon everything was fixed and the room was spotless. We are extremely happy with our stay.

I chose this location because it was close to my destination and well-priced for the area. The staff was friendly and professional. The room clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, despite the property's proximity to a large road. The breakfast offered is one of the best I've seen in many years of travel around the world. I was very pleased with the price. It was an excellent value.

After Christmas stay
We stayed at this hotel on our way home from our family Christmas trip. We stayed here last year and found it great. It wasn’t quite as good this time but still overall very good, especially for a budget hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, but we were given a queen room instead of the king room we had reserved. We were traveling with our 2 small Yorkies. The room was on the 2nd floor which (without an elevator) was difficult on my aging knees going up and down while carrying the dogs. The bed was very soft and comfortable, better than some higher end places we’ve stayed. The lobby smelled fresh and clean. We did find 2 stink bugs in the room, which didn’t make me happy, but otherwise the room seemed clean. We appreciate the hotel being pet friendly for a reasonable fee.

Great Hotel
We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was taken care of, great service, beautiful scenic view, and the lobby was very homey. It smelt clean and the Christmas decorations in the lobby just added to the whole experience. We are grateful we found this gem!

We did not stay at the property after having checked-in as the room we were given was identified as "non-smoking" yet it reeked of smoke and other smells that were obviously an attempt to cover the smoke smell. The exterior of the property also smelled of smoke. We were offered a room on the other side of the hotel, but we chose to find another hotel due to the smoke smell. Also - when checking in and having heard the interstate noise, I asked the desk clerk, Jude, if a room was available on the opposite (south) side of the hotel and he told me that no rooms were available on that side. Seems very strange that a room on the south side was then offered to me by Jude after I complained about the smoke smell in the room.

We have reviewed our security cameras that are equipped with audio to ensure proper communications are made between our front desk agents and our guests. It appears that you asked the front desk agent, Jude, if your room was on the mountain side and Jude informed you it was on the opposite side of the building. Jude also apologized for your room being on the opposite side of the building.We deeply regret that we were unable to provide you with a more pleasant experience.Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
