Guy at check in was ignorant. Lady at check out was so high she couldn't keep her eyes open. Literally fell out mid conversation. The overnight man was decent though. Hes the only plus to this hotel. In the morning I seen a roach in the bathroom. Housekeeping knocked early asking us when we planned to leave. They were also running Housekeeping out of a stolen grocery cart.

I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels over the years and this was the worst. Shower head broken. Water was luke warm. Front desk kid was not friendly…rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a replacement key. People talking next door all through the night and the walls did nothing to muffle the sound.

Bug in bedside table. Used condom in trash. Dirty linen and towels and used soap in shower. Used coffee pot - was uncleaned. Left after only thirty minutes.

Room was big. Could of carried that mattress home. It was thick and very comfy! We were near the pool but heard very little noise from the children enjoying it.

Let’s start with the good; beds were comfortable and no bugs. The bad; mold and holes all over the ceilings, dirty shower, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, chapstick and Cheetos in the pull out bed, mattress on the pull out couch was covered in brown stains….the non smoking hallway smelled horrible of both cigarette and weed smoke.

The room I was in could definitely use an uprade, bathroom needed an exterminator and work on sink faucets, toilet and tub faucets. AC /heat unit runs continuously, no auto setting and no heat at 40 degrees. I have stayed there before and all was good, guess I was in an older part this time. I like the location, it is near my family.

The hotel really needs to be deep cleaned. The entry smelled of dirty mop water. The front desk clerk..didn’t get his name no name tag- did not greet us and was VERY RUDE!!

Mold, marijuana smoke in the halls, tub didn’t drain, water wouldn’t fully spray from shower head, large wet spot on the carpet, we left after the hotel could not provide the bedding for the pullout couch in the room.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. DO NOT PAY CASH . You can not get your money back once you pay cash. There is black mold, rusty broken doors, the cleaning staff cleans just a little , the dust in the air conditioner filter was so thick and gross . Stains on the pillow cases . I wouldn’t even give this hotel a 1 star. This hotel needs to be condemned.

Somewhat disappointed
Room was nice but shower was very small. Not clean and had to ask for towels, toilet paper and to have trash collected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Won't stay here again. Needs extensive cleaning and carpets shampooed. Furniture is old and needs updating.

It had stains on the curtains and one on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The pull out couch bed was so dirty that you wouldn’t want to sit on it let alone sleep on it. There was no management around to talk to. We stayed one night and left and went somewhere else for our second night.

Checking in was a breeze and the front desk fella Cody (I think that was his name) made it really easy. Room was easy to find with his directions. However the room was not clean, floor and couch had multiple stains on it, The walls had moisture damage and had mold and were literally separating from the sheetrock. Room smelled of smoke and phone was yellowed from obvious smoke damage. Was suppose to be a NON smoking room but at one point I think it was. Overall I was not pleased and ended up leaving the hotel early due the room and not feeling well (allergy to smoke)
