No Frills, Not Sure if We'll Stay Again

Posted Nov 13, 2017
Location: Cherokee Park up the road is close and a beautiful location!
I understand you get what you pay for. We booked the hotel for a quick trip to the area for an event on Saturday. We checked in around 8p on Friday night and the night manager had a pretty bad attitude with someone he was talking to on the phone about wifi access. He wasn't very welcoming either. The breakfast area was a joke, but again you get what you pay for. The room had a funky smell upon first entering. The a/c unit was louder than most hotel units. Now, onto a few good things.... the hotel has a good location to the area. There is a convenient store and a fast food joint or two close by. The area is relatively quiet and there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks.

Convenient while traveling

Posted Oct 28, 2017
Pros: Clean, convenient to Interstate
This motel was convenient to spend a night breaking up a long drive. The room was nothing exceptional but was clean and quiet. Breakfast was basic but was enough for me. The front desk staff was friendly.

Not to bad

Posted Aug 21, 2017
Hotel is located directly off the highway which was nice, went for the Bristol race which is about an hour away. Hotel jacked up the rates charging triple the normal rate for race weekend even though it was still an hour drive each way. Needs upgrades. It's sad hotel charge what they do for race weekend and this is one of them. It's about a $60 a night room we paid $187 per night.
