The room was freezing and there was no hot water the next morning for a shower. Waited 10 min for someone to show up to check us out

I apologize for the issues that affected your stay with us. I was unaware of the heat issue but will have maintenance check the in room unit. A plumber was contacted to address the hot water issue and I again apologize for the difficulties during your stay.
