“I do not recommend this hotel. The room had an odor that was overwhelming, my husband and I check out the same day.”

“This was a great property. Conveniently located in downton Yardley. Everything was in working order. The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. The nights spent there were filled with game playing , dinners out and much needed family time. ”

“My stay was very nice. The shower stall needs to be drained properly. The water was backed up. Otherwise girls at the front desk were very helpful to us!!! We are coming back in the fall !!!!”

“Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went……

“The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back”

“Front desk staff were fantastically helpful to us. We had a bit of booking confusion and had ended up double booking our stay - once through the hotel directly and once through a third party. Didn't realize it until we went to check in, on a busy weekend. They cancelled their reservation for us without any hesitation or any charges, even though we were well past the free cancellation date and time. Entirely our mistake and would have been entirely within their rights to charge us and they chose……
