I spent 2 days visiting the Central Coast and the towns/missions along the 101 and used the motel as my base. It was clean, quiet, reasonably priced and conveniently located near the Morro Bay waterfront. There was enough parking for all of the guests, and it was easy to contact and get supplies from the owner on site when needed.

The room was very clean and well appointed. All the convinces one would want. A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Even nice pretty coffee cups and saucers. Not giant rooms but plenty big. The room was decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would easily stay here again.

This is a very cozy older property that has been maintained and lots of little charming touches added like lace curtains and cute decorations. The ownership is wonderful; kind, attentive and genuine. There is a coffee maker in the room, refrigerator and a microwave. There is WiFi. It is walkable to the waterfront and the neighborhood is quiet. My only (tiny) issue was I could hear people talking in rooms on either side and I am very sensitive to sound but I was able to drown it out by using white noise app on my phone.

This small hotel with a dozen or so rooms is conveniently located and offers an elegant environment. It is just a few minutes' drive from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel rooms are clean and feature very quiet air conditioning for both heating and cooling.
