Good Location

Pros: comfortable room
Location: Location easily accessible and in close proximity to good restaurants
Good quiet location, pleasing and comfortable facilities. Good for the price

Bad smell

The staff AMAZING... but the comforter smelled of urine and I couldn't get rid of it and the room smelled of mold

Pros: no at all

Location: nothing special
i had leave my kettle in the room after check out, 2 days after i release then came back to ask the stuff told me can't find it or manager has look in his room , i ask the stuff to help me coz I'm flying off very soon and the stuff reply sorry can't help

Nice room for the price

Pros: The room was clean and had plenty of space. I like that rooms were accessible via interior doors.
Cons: Shower could have used a bowed curtain holder as it was rather narrow.
I understand that this is an Extended Stay, which means the rooms have a large refrigerator, and stove, and microwave. But I still expected a bit more in the way of breakfast other than granola bars, fruit, and grits/oatmeal. Of course, this meant I was "forced" to go to Bojangles which has the best biscuits in the business!

Nice staff but disappointing

Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Cleanliness of room
Location: Good location, lots of store and restaurants nearby.
The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. I requested a non smoking room and my room smelled so strongly of smoke it was pretty terrible. Also the TV had very few channels, very disappointing.

Well furnished.

Pros: Clean and convenient.
Cons: Price was a little high.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
We only stayed one night altho the room was made for an extended stay with a kitchenette.

Room.smell like urine.

Room smelled like Urine,power went out at 3AM and no backup generator. ..nor was there anyone at the front desk......as you walk tbe halls thesmell of marijuana was every where The price was good and the lady at check in was very nice

Real nice room.

Pros: The room.
Cons: Communication between employees and staff will cut down on booking mistakes.
Location: Nice with easy access to I 75 and several restaurants.
Checked in my room and took a nap and was interrupted by some man trying to come in. I asked who he was and he told me wrong room. A few minutes later a hotel manager comes up and makes me prove that I rented the room. I went to dinner and came back in my room around 3 a.m. Only to be told to turn my music down by hotel staff. This was my experience with the room I rented for the night. I guess I'm not used to talking to staff and interacting with them that much when I stay at other hotels. I left my phone by mistake and they held it for me in lost and found. Nice touch.
