Basic Standard OK for 1 Night

Pros: bed was not bad
Cons: update and offer at least a bottle of water
Location: Morrow City, GA - only stayed one night. didn't get into any nearby activities, but there were some places to eat nearby.
we had to rent 2 rooms when we were traveling to get out of Florida due to Hurricane Irma. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would have expected the hotel to be a little nicer given I I have stayed at Hampton Inns in other States. No water in the room. Pillows flat the minute you put your head on them. Refrigerator made a ticking noise constantly. I ended up unplugging it. It's not a terrible place, but it could have been a better standard for a Hampton Inn by Hilton.

Good value and location

Pros: Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the value for the dollar was good.
Cons: The beds need to be a bit more comfy. New mattresses, etc. need a comfortable armchair. The chairs were hard and uncomfortable.
Location: Near Southlake shopping center and good restaurants.
The lobby area of this hotel is very attractive and the breakfast bar was adequate. The rooms showed a bit of wear and the bed we slept in needed a new mattress, but it was very clean and quiet.

Pleasant hotel on the way out of Atlanta

We did not use much of the hotel as we arrived by 11pm and left by 10am next day. The room was clean and comfortable. The noticeable part is the staff from the check in to the cleaning ladies works proactively to greet the customer and be friendly. .

Doesn't meet Hampton Inn standards

I reserved a non-smoking room but when we arrived, the clerk said it came through as a smoking room. I checked the email confirmation and showed her that it clearly stated non-smoking. Given that we had arrived after midnight, I'm assuming they gave our non-smoking room away even though we had already paid for it. The room smelled of some cheap air freshener, perhaps in an attempt to cover the smell of smoke. She didn't apologize or offer to do anything for us but stated that it came through as "smoking" room. The next morning, we went to breakfast. There were several people in the breakfast area but it was not overly crowded. However, many items were empty (bacon, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and water pitcher) and half of the juice dispensers were out of order. When the bacon was refilled, it was soaking in grease as if no attempt had been made to drain it (which I don't think is too much to ask). The yogurt was replaced only when asked and the fruit was replaced at the time we were finishing but the pineapple (the only one I got) was inedible. I've stayed at several Hampton Inn Hotels over the years and they are usually my "go to" chain since they have always been reliable, comfortable and have a good breakfast. This one is a bad mark on the chain.

Pros: Just like I said nice and clean.
Cons: Help getting there.
Location: We did'nt go anywhere.
I though that everything was done very nice. But it was hard to find getting off the ex-press way. They need more Signage to get there.

Disappointed- not Hampton Inn standard

The room looked like an ancient Days Inn. Def not like any other Hampton Inn I've stay in before.
