It's definitely not a 5 star hotel.it needs more work . The workers are always walking around instead of maintaining the front desk.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I was disappointed in the indoor pool. The riom wasn t heated well and the pool lioked dirty. The door latch was broken.

Second time staying, both were good. Only complaint is the water pressure and the hot water for taking showers. Other than that the stay was fine.

Getting old

Room smells musty. Furniture is past its best by date. Noise was bad - trains whistling on their way at 2:30 am, who knows what time it was when the big truck came for garbage.

New remodeled bathroom

Just a quick over night while traveling. The hotel is a little worn, however the bathroom was newly remodeled and very nice.

There was construction going on in the room above us all night long. They finally quit about 5 am, so we did get a couple of hours sleep. Our room was obviously never vacuumed as evidenced by rubber bands and bits of paper on the floor. Other than these two things, everything was fine.

Pros: Staff.
Location: A lot of shopping close by.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was older but kept up well.
