Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We were told mattresses were replaced in late 2016. Very pleasant stay.

Very clean

Only problem we had was we were supposed to get joining rooms and when we got their there was no joining rooms. Not a problem for us, but be aware there is no elevator in this hotel. Could be a problem for some people.

Nice hotel for a quick stay

The pool was very nice, as was the room. The beds are very comfortable

The walls between the rooms are so thin I could practically hear the people in the next room breathing! The hotel looks like it has been due for a makeover for some time. The hotel pool is slightly larger than a bathtub and I wonder why they even bothered putting that pool in at all. A very mediocre hotel. My room was dark and dingy looking.

Pros: Location and Easy CheckIn - Checkout
Cons: Walls paper thin with limited/no sound proofing. Low hot water pressure for morning shower.
Location: Convenient Location to Expressway
Good hotel. Good Price and Location. Would stay again.

Wet pet smell

This hotel room was a nice large sized suite, however the wet pet smell & dirty carpet were horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to a family w/ children especially toddlers who might play on the floor. Our socks were brown after each day of walking around the room & we wear shoes every time we leave the room. The room needs undated & carpets thoroughly steam cleaned!

Quiet and convenient.

Cons: Improve water pressure t o toilet.
Facility was clean. Water pressure was very low and toilet would not flush completely. Had to call for hotel staff to service the toilet and they came promptly to correct the p problem.
