“The staff on site were amazing and helpful. The “breakfast” was lacking. They provided fruit cups and muffins. The description wasn’t correct in the advertisement.”

“I always stay where I visiting family in a neighboring city. It's in downtown Valdosta. Super quaint and convenient. The restoration is really nice. I like the antiquetious feel. You should give it a try. I do warn you that the property sits on a major highway. But it's a highway thru a small-town-downtown square.”

“Our room wasn’t ready at check in time when we arrived at about 3:30, so we were moved to a second room whose carpet was wet and had fans running. So then we were moved to a third room. I guess my suggestion is that if you advertise 3:00 pm check-in, be ready for check-in’s at 3:00.”

“TVs did not work and the phone didn’t work to even call the front desk so you could get the TV to work and then every floor had a crack in it and then to top it off in the morning, I went to at least get a cup of juice to take with me for their free breakfast and the juice machine was not working, so you were not able to get any beverages.”

“This property was not in the condition as advertised. I knew it was a low budget property, however myself & 2 of my agent where arriving very late & departing very early. This property has some serious safety issues. @ least 5 of the doors had either locking issues or unlocking issues. The rooms are an attempt of a low budget , cheap renovation. The curtain on the window was a too small cheap curtain, with a cheaper curtain rod & no black out curtain. They carpet was filthy. No trash can in the……

“Property was under renovation. Poor sanitation. Rooms and hotel does not reflect what is advertised. Had an awful smell throughout. Had to move rooms. 1st room was unacceptable. Beds, furniture, appliances were outdated. Not worth the price that I was charged for a bad experience”

“I gotta say, this was absolutely a god awful experience. I already was stressed out and trying to make last minute accommodations. I looked through some reviews and booked 4 my nights here. Upon checking in, the room just seemed off, I couldn't place it until I looked up.... Mold all over the ceiling. At first, I thought it was smoke damage that they had tried to clean. There were swipe marks like it had been wiped, but the walls showed even more and it became clear there was just mold……
