I regret to know that you were disappointed with the location of the hotel despite the fact that there is a map and the description of the area on the web-site.
Regarding taxi services, please be kindly informed that the hotel assists in ordering cars from different taxi companies, upon guest’s choice. Guest is welcome to choose either official-licensed taxi company (usually more expensive) which has good quality of service such as English-speaking and qualified drivers, clean cars and insurance of guests in case of any incidents, or another (cheaper) no-licensed taxi companies which do not guarantee any of the above mentioned. Please kindly note that guest may choose any taxi company, depending on individual preferences and concierge is ready to provide taxi contact details.
May we kindly inform you that for your convenience there is a shuttle bus heading straight to the metro station from the territory of World Trade Center. The bus takes off from entrance number 7.
Regarding the bed linen please be kindly informed that it is changed in accordance with brand standards. In case guest needs additional cleaning it can be requested from staff.
