The whole experience with Expedia was a nightmare! I booked a standard double room. When I got to the hostel, a manager checked their local software and informed me that I booked a bed in a room with 14 people. Moreover, I was informed that I could not possibly choose the standard double room because it was not available at all. We argued for over an hour and then I had to wait before the manager sorts everything out. Finally, the manager found this type of room in a different hostel (another building) and I was offered to move there. No one even offered at least a cab, I had to move in there 2 hours later carrying my luggage.
I was tired of everything: the arguing, my luggage, and the whole drama itself. But this was not over. When I managed to find this other hostel, I was greeted and showed the room. It was quite a picture I should say. The door had no lock and even a handle, the bed was "yellow" as if 100 people pissed on it. (even the fresh sheets would not change anything). The towel I was offered looked liked it was used before. So as you can understand, the pictures on your website are completely irrelevant or outdated!
