Amazing staff and location!

Our stay at this hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is in a perfect location - walking distance from the Kremlin, Red Sq., the Armory Museum, St. Basil's Catbedral, the hop-on-hop-off bus tour, high-end fashion stores, and luxury restaurants. The other hotels that are of the same caliber are in places undergoing massive reconstruction - at least during the time I went - and are far from the luxury clothing retailers and restaurants. Also, those hotels are in EXTREMELY crowded locations to the point that it's uncomfortable to walk. Instead, I found the Aurora in a much quieter and elegant location. The staff is amazing and definitely to five-star standards. They upgraded us to a junior suite and offer 24/7 room service. They also speak English very well - everyone from the door man and bell boy to the receptionists and managers. Please note, however, that despite the fact that this hotel is in a beautifully-designed building, it may need some upgrades - but everything else was so positive about our experience that it overwhelmed that shortcoming. In short, I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

Stay here!!!

Pros: The room, staff and breakfast!
Cons: Nothing!
Location: Great location for visiting the Kremlin, Red Square, St Basil's Cathedral, Gym and shops at Okhotny Ryad.
Lovely hotel in a great location, 10 mins walk to Red Square and nearest Metro station. The local area is very clean with designer shops close by. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful hotel. If we were to return to Moscow, I would definitely stay here again.

Super Hotel walking distance to Kremlin & Red Sqre

Great hotel with spa, gym, pool and room service being available 24 hours. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. Hotel is walking distance to Kremlin and Red Square...30 -45 min walk to Gorky Park where you can pick up a worthwhile River Cruise. The staff are well presented and have good English. Rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked mini bar. We stayed here for my 50th birthday which was acknowledged by the staff as when we returned to our room after a days sightseeing we were delighted to find champagne and fruit awaiting us all compliments of the hotel. This hotel certainly made us feel special and important to them.

An excellent stay in Moscow

In the lobby there was a concierge, who helped us out a lot. Regardless of the issue we got rapid and good assistance. Also the hotel is in the vicinity of the most touristy stuff in Moscow, such as the Red Square, Kreml, the beautiful Metro-stations, good shopping, excellent meals etc.

Marriott Royal, Al sedert 2013 Marriott Marquise in New York zoeken wij voor iedere vakantie een hotel uit deze keten. Los van aan de buitenkant een zeer mooi ogend hotel, weet ik vandaag wat Royal betekent. Vorstelijk ontvangen en bediend worden. Super vriendelijke en zeer hulpvaardige mensen. Je hoeft geen hulp te vragen, ze zien of voelen het gewoon als je vragen hebt. Zeer lekker gegeten, ontbijt en diner, weliswaar vermoed ik met het zakken van de roebel zij hun prijzen wel verdubbeld hebben en dusdanig met de door ons gangbare prijzen zitten. Vb ontbijt 2,200 rur €27. had het deze prijs 3 jaar geleden geweest kostte een ontbijt €54. m.a.w. de toerist betaald de volle pot. Ik vermoed dat dit wel voor alle hotels van toepassing is.

寒い部屋

Pros: 複数のレストランとカフェーがあり、フィットネスの器具も充実していました。
Cons: 宿泊者のチェックインのまえに部屋の状況を事前にチェックし、同時にメークアップを終了しているかどうかの毎日のチェックは必要です。
最上階の部屋でしたが、部屋が冷えきっており、いくら暖房を強めても16度以上になりませんでした。補助用の暖房機を入れてもらい、ようやく3日後に20度にあがりました。5日の宿泊中、部屋のメークアップのない日があり、びっくりしました。ホテル全体の印象は悪くなかったのですが、部屋の管理はずさんでした。

Tolles Hotel, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe

Die Lage ist top. Man kann alles bequem zu Fuß, per Taxi oder mit der Metro erreichen. Mir persönlich war es wichtig, dass man bequem mit dem Taxi anreisen kann (der Fronteingang befindet sich direkt an der Straßenseite und es gibt direkt davor entsprechende Haltemöglichkeiten)
