The facility as a hotel is a good hotel.

Pros: Physically is beautiful building.
Cons: Staff at all levels needs better training and needs to be more accommodating to the customers.
Location: The location is about three miles from the Kremlin. So if you have health issues is not a good location unless you will take a taxi everywhere.
I have stayed at the hotel several times in the past. As always you will have problems at some point. Had very loud neighbors in the next room and called the front desk to ask them to have the room quiet down as it was 400am. Noise continued no assistance from front desk. Loud noise continues for another 30 minutes with no abatement. Is now 430am. I talked to front desk again and again politely discussed my problem this time they said they could not do anything to resolve the situation and the only recommendation was that I pack up my bags at 430am and they will let me have another room. So this is what I had to do at 430am. No assistance from the staff. The hotel physically is a nice hotel but always will have some issue with the staff when I stay there. They generally will not go out of there way to do any thing extra for you. Other issues in the past were minor but it adds up and will probably be the last time I stay at the hotel as I travel to Moscow often for work and leisure. The next day I switched to the Marriott Royal Blu on Tverskaya where the service and accommodations were great. Staff was much more accommodating to all of your needs. Other travelers I have met at the Radisson have also, overall, been unhappy with the staff. Also, be careful with the taxis. Go to the desk inside the hotel and ask them to get you a taxi. If you ask a hotel door man for a taxi they will do there best to cheat you and request a really high fee and split it with a driver they get you

Best in Moscow

This is my second stay at Radisson in the last 2months. The room was fabulous! The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to believe it was a hotel bed. Every thing is excellent about the hotel; room, staff, facilities, resturants, service, location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel.

I was there a week for business. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the view was excellent. My room was a little on the small side but enough for one person. The hotel reception area was a little far from entrance and hard to get to, so that's a little weird. Otherwise, very nice overall. The restaurant was good, too.

The place to stay if you are visiting Moscow

We've booked an executive room and it was a superb stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and with a great view. Food was delicious. The hotel location is great if you are driving, but a bit far from the metro. The hotel has also great facilities: 50m swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage arm chair, hammam, sauna and gym. Definitely recommend!

great location

The building is iconic but the entrance is bit funny. Though once you enter the decor takes you by surprise. I did stay at this hotel before the makeover. Its a breath taking makeover. The entrance does seem a bit odd with Reception tucked away in a corner. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are cosy and spacious. Highly recommend it. you could perhaps say later "I was there!!!"
