Very clean, good service and a perfect location.

Very good in all respects, location is near supermarkets and malls, nearest metro station is about 300 meters on line 9 which is about 40 min to the center. We did not have time to use all the hotel amenities like sauna, the free every day evening tea, etc.

Still a good business hotel but its lost a step

Pros: The location is wonderful.. A five minute walk from the grey metro line and a few minutes from the now massive Prazhskaya mall.
The former Katerina park hotel missed the mark on several simple things that would have made the stay more pleasant. Window curtains did not actually cover the window. is a serious negative problem Climate control that was non existant leaving the room very hot with the only control being to open the window. The old minibar selection was reduced to bottles of mineral water. On a plus side the new Russian Tea in the evening is a nice idea and the breakfast is still good. Although i miss the mushrooms. The staff or courteous and helpful in both russian and english but had trouble figuring out the final bill. Over all i would stay there again.

Cons: There is no coffee maker or electric kettle in the room. The only way to have coffee is to visit the bar at the first floor
Location close to subway; rooms are nice; there is a safe and a fridge

Poor service, poor breakfast

I had two nights reservation that I had paid forward. We came to hotel by night. There was no staff speaking english ( I was lucky to have russian friend with me). They couldn' t find my reservation and I needed to pay one night by Credit card. Next Day they couldn't give money back to my card but they paid it by cash. Breakfast was poor, bread was dry, salmon was spoiled, only fresh fruid was apple. I got porridge with coffee. There was no jacuzzi like in pictures of hotel. Not four stars...
