Disappointing!!
They advertise they have A/C, this is not true. The manager admitted that the thermostat in the room does nothing and the temperature is set by the general manager and he has no control. The room was hot and miserable.

Dear Craig, we are very sorry that the AC did not work during your recent stay which was caused by a broken circuit board of the AC a few days before your arrival. Unfortunate that part was not available and could only be repaired on your check out day. Now its all up and running and due to the bad weather people are actually asking to switch it off as its so cold but as by the forecast it looks like we will have another summer coming by end of this week. We truly hope we will be able to welcome you back again soon to a nicely, cooled hotel, as it should be. Kind regards, Michaela & Team

Stay was just OK
Everything was good until our A/C went out on night 2.They were unable to fix it or change our room. The A/C came back on 2 hours before check out. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable and a clean room.

An overall winner
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good in both variety and quality, the croissants are outstanding. I dined at the restaurant as well and it was surprisingly good. Location is also convenient despite there are a handful of hotels closer to the old town

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. A mile walk into the centre. Nice touch with free pool table, darts and table football in the bar area. Felt like a Premier Inn but a tad better.

Nice place to stay
The hotel is in a good location for walking to sights & restaurants. The staff were very friendly & the parking is in a garage on-site. We wanted to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant but the chef had the day off so we walked to a nice place for dinner. The breakfast selections were amazing!

The stay and accommodation were very good, only issue was the bill when checking out, we had 5 rooms and all of us were charged more than expected, staff said this was a tourist tax issue but it seemed to be a bit arbitrary in terms of the amounts we were charge. The room I was in was an extra 42 euros for example.

Great location with very friendly staff. I didn’t take breakfast but I had the Vegan option for Dinner. Cycle hire free of charge.

Lovely hotel
A really good hotel. Very quiet, clean and lovely rooms. Also the bar and restaurant was a good place to stay. The wifi was working good and good options for parking the car. City center is in walking distance in about 15-20 minutes. Recommendable.

Modern hotel in convienet location
We had a pleasant stay at the Vienna House Easy. The underground parking the hotel very convent, especially in the cold and damp. Although, at a small cost. The rooms are modern and spacious with a complementary bottle of water provided. I found the hotel’s website to be very informative and useful when planning our route for visiting the Roman ruins.

Schöne Zimmer. Netter zuvorkommender Service insb. Rezeptionisten sind sehr bemüht um die Gäste. Unsere Zimmer lagen leider etwas tief ohne wirklich viel Helligkeit insb. an regnerischen Tagen.

Leider war es im Zimmer sehr kalt trotz voller Leistung der Heizung. Der kleine Heizkörper im Bad war extrem laut, so dass ich auch mit diesem keine Wohlfühl Temperatur erzeugen konnte. Sonst war alles tip top.

Ansprechende Einrichtung im Eingangsbereich. Der „Aufenthaltsbereich mit den Spielmöglichkeiten für Erwachsene und Kids ist eine tolle Idee und schön gestaltet
