Their Wi-Fi and their computers were down, took over an hour to check in ask for a room with a view, and the only view I got was the rooftop

The first room we got was a smelly smoker's room and not accessible. The person at the reception was nice enough to change the room which was much better but still not very good. Bed covers were dirty or worn with lots of maybe old stains that did not come out in laundry. Most of the floors in the Motel looked like they had not been swept and had dirt on sections of the floor.

Too noisy, and I have the office at 3:30 o’clock in the morning knocking My door just so they can handle the receipt I supposed to be sleeping at that time

You need a maintenance man and fix the carpet in the room if somebody tripped you'll get sued the one door was broken to go outside so people could come in at any time but the people that work there are absolutely wonderful I will be back again to stay and I will tell other people to stay there few things need to be fixed

Utterly disappointed
Was a bit disappointed when we got there to found out that the pool, dry sauna and hot tub are all closed for renovations. To add more to the disappointment, a bunch of basketball tournaments going on that weekend in which every child/preteen in the building were allowed to be running up-and-down the halls until well after midnight. To put the cherry on top, it was not advertised that it is right next to an airport. Listening to the planes take off and land every hour throughout the night was unpleasant. Lastly, to my surprise (shouldn't have been surprised) they also charged me for the room, even though I'd already paid on Hotels.com. daya prior to arrival. Not exactly the greatest trip, considering we were there for a funeral. Just glad to be home now.

This is a nice property. Check in was fast. Staff were very nice, loved the cookies. Internet was weak but overall this is a very nice hotel.

The place was crawling with bugs and the pool was not open and the Lady at the desk was rude and told me. It was posted all over online when in fact it was not. I left with nowhere to stay

Nice property, great location. Beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast could definitely use some help or an upgrade. However the staff was very nice from front desk to housekeeping. Property was clean inside and out.

Great place to stay. Easy checkin/out. No extra charges! The place looked like new - clean and well built. Breakfast was a full meal. Workers were courteous and helpful. The only issue was the back door to the public did not lock so safety might be a concern.

On our trip from Canada to the USA we had to stop for one night and ended up in this hotel. We felt that the hotel was a bit outdated and dark but that can be a matter of difference in taste. The hotel was good but not the best we stayed in on our trip. Ok for one night while traveling.

horrible experience with this hotel. The faucet pipe was leaking. we reported it when we checked in, but for next three days, no one stopped by to fix it so we put the garbage can underneath of pipe. Couldn't get the room cleaning service for two day so barely got couple of new towels. We found molds from the blanket sheet.. worst hotel we ever stayed so far.

Our rooms still had items left by the last people who stayed such as deodorant with hair stuck to it. One of the rooms smelled very strongly of kitty litter. The rooms were not cleaned well and are very worn. There were dents in the lamp shades and peeling wall paper. Aside from that, the staff was extremely friendly and the halls and common areas that we have seen so far of the hotel seemed nice.
