We are at a disadvantage when it comes to having no elevator and our guests do not mention their preference at the time of booking. We always try to reserve the main level for the elderly and disabled, but it does not always work out on a sold-out Friday night. We apologize and we hope we can have another chance to serve you better in the future. P.s our housekeeping does a really good job at ensuring the entire room is cleaned, especially the bathtubs. Nonetheless, I will bring this up to avoid this in the future.
