The room was clean overall, and the staff was pleasant. I would have loved a better variety of breakfast. The pancake maker was down for the 2 days I stayed, and I would have loved some juice with my breakfast. Only water or coffee was available, and when it was time for me to check out, housekeeping was knocking at 10 a.m. I was not happy about that. I felt rushed when my time to check out was at 11 a.m. So when I’m ready to check out, I speak to someone in the front; all I got was, “Well, some people leave without letting the front know.” My question is why are you knocking at 10 a.m. if my checkout is at 11 a.m.? You should be checking after 11 a.m. It was frustrating because I was in the shower, and it seemed like I got rushed, and it didn’t feel right. I won’t come back, unfortunately. But overall, it’s clean.

Nice new hotel right near the airport. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating when staying here for work on a “dynamic” schedule. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and probably one of the best hotel showers I’ve had in a while. All that, plus cheaper than most of the hotels I end up in. Will definitely be back the next time I get sent to the area for work.
