“In general all was great,greeted on arrival,told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed.This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort,therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks.In the bathroom albeit it's...

“The entire complex was immaculately clean and fresh.
The staff were welcoming on arrival and during our stay.
The facilities are exceptional as was the breakfast, more than adequate and food quality was superb.
The only (very) minor negatives are:
The car park is not clearly displayed as being for patrons of the hotel leading to some confusion on arrival.
The sofa bed I slept on was as hard as a rock, not very comfortable to be perfectly honest.
However, on the whole, an exceptionally good...

“The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic.
Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high.”
