Perfect location and excellent cleaning services
rf location, beautiful view of the ocean, lighthouse and promenade, 30 second walk to several delicious restaurants, off street parking lot!!, door guard, modern clean rooms, useful kitchen, excellent cleaning services!, inexpensive and I felt very safe in this area even walking home after dark. I will definitely stay here next time and recommend friends to stay here if they want a central yet safe location while visiting Cape Town.

The ocean view was amazing. Love how littered with restaurants the streets nearby were. Nothing was unenjoyable. It exceeded our expectations.

Amazing location, friendly service and apartment was perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer as I didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend the sea view apartment. It had everything you needed for a comfy stay and included the most beautiful sea view complete with dolphins doing tricks!

This studio flat was perfect given that I was in town for a conference. The location was on the beach and about a 5-10 minute drive to the Convention Center. Fantastic view of Lion's Head and Cape Town Stadium with short walks to certain Mouille Point restaurants.

Mouille Point Village is yhe place to stay!
An amazing place to stay. Our second visit since April this year and we will definitely be coming back again. Apartment has everything you need, clean and friendly staff. Excellent location.

Exceptional Service. Great view of the ocean.
The apartment was great. Amazing view of the ocean. Cup of coffee enjoyed by the balcony with the view of the clubhouse and breathtaking view. Excellent service. Felt like home away from home.

Nice affordable surprise ,with grate view.
We picked this place since we were visiting friends closeby. We could then walk over to our friends. We came after reception closed but this was no problems as security handled the checkin.

Our room entrance and the room next door is joined by a short passage and if they are noisy and keep slamming the door, it resounds in our room. As it happened our "neighbours" was noisy late into the night, with people in and out of their room about 5x per hr. Not great.

A quick ONE NIGHT stay - room great. lovely view and all the facilities you would want. The Check-in process was slow & the mattress was a little past its best - time for a change I think.

Fantastic stay
Locaton of this property is central to the Waterfront and to the City. There are a couple of new Restaurants that have opened nearby so grabbing a meal is very easy - in walking distances. We also felt very safe walking along the front day or evening. The weather played it's part, very warm for November. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. All in all it was a fantasic stay.

my stay was ok, for the four nights i was there,i had to buy my own soap and this is totally unacceptable. you would expect any hotel at the bare minimum to give its guests a new set of toiletries each day............ very disappointing indeed.

This is self catering and not a hotel. No person at check out so still awaiting invoice, only staff is a security guard. Hotel is undergoing re painting so had no signage. Reception was an estate agent.

This cannot be called a hotel - self service only
Nice hotel, if you like or want a full self service. Not good for a business trip when you want to sit downstairs and have a cold beer after a long day with an early start to relax in the bar and NO restaurant facilities within the building either. So breakfast is even out of the questions. Not to mention that the WiFi code they give you, if you have a problem with it, be sure to get it fixed before 6 at night. The office closes at that time. I shudder to think what would happen if you have a late check in...... The cell phone and Internet reception in the rooms is terrible, if not non-existent most of the time. Even when using a cell phone as a hotspot is almost impossible.... So if ŷou think that you will sit in your room and do some mails while bored in the evening, forget that too.DSTV, well that would have been some comfort if it picked up at all. Nice enough as I say, but certainly not conducive to a business traveller.

Good position right on oceanfront, especially if you have an ocean-facing balcony. However it's 2 blocks from lighthouse, and if it's foggy, even earplugs will not mute the siren/foghorn which goes off every 20 seconds. Front of house folks friendly and helpful.

The room was not ready at 14h00. Cutlery and crockery not clean. Good enough for one night otherwise. Will take our own pillows if we stay there again. Very good position.

I booked this for my daughter who was married under very sad conditions on 15 june when my husband underwent 3 major brain surgeries. She waited to take a honeymoon and therefore I choose mouille point village. I was worried as she was never alone away from us in durban. But mouille point staff were very good to them and also moved them to a sea facing balcony room. She was well situated as her husband studies here in cape town and when he went to college until 10 she was safe and very comfortable . She will never forget her 10 days there. Thank u to the staff for making her honeymoon memorable and safe and she will definetly return so will - and my family. Thank you all. Zora khan

Great location
Wonderful location, close to many attractions in Cape Town. Opposite the MyCity bus station - so easy to connect to other areas of Cape Town as well. Lovely, big rooms and quite comfortable for a family vacation. Well equipped kitchen. If you are looking for space, comfort and convenience - this is the place. It is however, not a luxury stay, so expect 'normal'. We really enjoyed staying here however, however, the rooms high up need more secure balconies and windows - especially with young children around

Our apartment was very clean and very pleasant to stay in. It is definitely not a 'luxury' apartment but I think it is a brilliant apartment in terms of location (you can walk to the Waterfront, Stadium, gym, Sea Point etc.) and if you are travelling as a family with children. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering and we enjoying having the option of a bath or shower. We have no major complaints.... However, we all agreed that the the windows and balconies need to be better secured for small children

Firstly the location is amazing! The views from the hotel rooms are incredible. I do think though that your experience of this hotel will depend on what room you get. I say this because I stayed in two different rooms and they were opposite ends of the scale. Not that one was bad I any way just a bit tired, the other was modern and very nice. The apartments are spotless and very well equipped. The staff were very nice and helped with many things that I asked of them. Request sea view rooms as I am pretty sure they are the ones most recently done up.
