The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Complimentary water bottles at check-in were a nice touch.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was an awesome addition for the kids. Coffee bar and breakfast were great! Highly recommend.

The Hotel was clean, Staff was friendly. For people staying multiple days, it would be nice to have a different breakfast eggs other than Omelettes. Also the coffee cups are small. It would be nice to have larger ones.

I lived the friendliness of the staff. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty. The beds were worn out. The plumbing fixtures very loose.

Arrived at 1am tired and ready to go to bed and found front door locked and no one at the front desk to let us in. Eventually someone showed up but this was extremely frustrating. I tried calling the office as well as the manager and there was no answer. Tried the messaging service on the app, no luck there either. I’ll likely consider other accommodations next go around. This is one of the more expensive options that was listed online. I went with it to assure that there would be no issues because we were pressed for time. Standing at the front door on the phone, online, messaging, and ringing the doorbell that was blocked by luggage carts was not what I had in mind.

The staff was great. Every person I can in contact with was very attentive, polite, positive and friendly. It was nice to see people actually smiling and not walking around with scowls on their faces because they were working the weekend.
