This hotel was wonderful - very clean and great breakfast. We did have an issue with Expedia though. Payment was not properly handled on their end (after my card had already been charged) which resulted in an hour delay in check-in. I will likely not use Expedia for booking in the future.

If youre looking for the room with a spa, make sure you get the room with the fireplace, its misleading it doesnt say it has a spa on the fireplace rooms but there is im pretty sure. Overall thought excellent quality hotel. Will be staying again.

This was a great stay! Our second time here. My only quibble was the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work.

The best staff at any HGI we've been to. Miss Melissa went above board for us. The entire staff was great. The room was amazingly clean! Very clean. Even the breakfast was good. Nice variety, and HOT! We'd definitely stay there again!

I know the check-in time is 3:00 but we drove over 4 hours to get there. The lady at the desk wouldn’t even look to see if our room might be ready a little early. Anytime after 3 was all she would say. That wasn’t the first time with this same staff member. Also we had to go buy a fan because the AC is obviously preset and even though we turned the fan on the AC to high it still cut off after only a few minutes. I hate to buy my husband is going to shop around. Nothing wrong with the room other than not enough shampoo for 4 people.

The property was undoubtedly clean and convenient to the area. My issue was the staff and the response to the issues of the building. I was locked out of my room everyday I left out. The key would stop working and after dealing with it for three days, no one cared to compensate for it.
